Co-Founder and Executive Director
A lawyer by training, Patrick has served overseas for more than twenty years, teaching in Christian universities and legal networks across Asia, Africa and Latin America. He founded what is now the Isaiah Justice Institute in 2014 to close the biblical worldview gap he kept encountering among law and justice students, and launched Nextgen Law and Justice in Washington, D.C. in 2023.
Co-Founder and Deputy Director
An educator by profession, Kathy has served alongside Patrick as a full-time Christian educator since 2005, teaching in Korea, Indonesia and a number of other nations. She helps shape the teaching, discipleship and student care that sit at the centre of the ministry.
Washington, D.C. Coordinator
Michelle Nesary is a social worker, family advocate, educator, and humanitarian with more than 20 years of experience serving children, families, and vulnerable populations in the United States and internationally. Her career has focused on child welfare, family preservation, trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, foster care, victim advocacy, anti-human trafficking efforts, and cross-cultural humanitarian outreach.
Researcher and Advocate
Mariah is a researcher, advocate, and strategist focused on human dignity. She believes the truth about what is right, wrong, good, and bad shouldn't shift with cultural preference. Her work centers on connecting stakeholders, building relationships, and developing operations and strategy for Nextgen projects.
